@AllanEdwin Happy Birthday! Hope you’re having a blast, wherever you are!
RT @Gartenberg: Google Wave. Mix Chat, IM, Twitter and Docs together into something that few users will understand. But i still want it NOW
@ttscoff That was awesome! Best use of a Twitter video I can think of.
@dbarefoot I prefix tentative appointments in GCal with a question mark, i.e. ? Dinner at Frank’s. Remove the question mark when firmed up.
@geehoneybee Hah! Milo needs blackout blinds too… We should try to get a bulk discount. LOL
@chartier It’s not a true grocery app, but Zenbe Lists allows for list sharing with synchronization with a web interface.
@SlvrLambStudios At least now I know who to blame the rain on!
@geehoneybee A nice break from what, a lack of traffic jams? Things grind to a halt when it rains!
@geehoneybee Welcome back! We have cookies.
Back from an amazing day at the beach! Now to get the kiddies bathed and in bed, so we can pass out!
It’s time to get rid of all this crap, and just go buy a cable if/when I need it. This aggravation isn’t worth it, and the clutter… Arghgh
Seriously, with all the cables and crap I’ve been pack-ratting from house to house, I don’t have a simple mini-audio jack patch cord?
Firefox’s pathetic Flash performance has driven me to Safari (well, actually WebKit), and I’m not minding it.
The signal to noise ratio in my email is remarkably poor, even after heavy filtering. Most of what I get just doesn’t really matter much.
It’s jacket weather outside, and yet I have to aim a fan right at my face in my office.
@ginatrapani OmniFocus for work and home, 10.
If Bailey’s on ice is a girlie drink, then let me go on record as liking a girlie drink. Happy 7th anniversary, Francesca. Oh, and wine.
@GlenTrainor I’m cleaning the house for Mattea’s 1st birthday party tomorrow… You win.
@sharpener Check your trash - I found a couple Gmail messages in there that didn’t belong there today.
Clear your browser cache is the new reboot of troubleshooting.
@KevinCTofel Day before yesterday we had a problem with OpenDNS’s proxy setting and Google. Do you use OpenDNS?
And by key, I meant… key. And by keyhole, I meant… keyhole.
Is there a name for when you get a key neatly into a keyhole on the first try? A khoosh?
@leemathews Yep, you’ve nailed it.
@leemathews I can think of 8 reasons why my productivity machine is a Mac, but my PVR and kid’s pooters are PCs. It depends on what’s needed
@leemathews Yes - there are lots of those types of lists, but I found it entertaining that this one came from PC World.
The whole Twitter Replies issue has been blown way out of proportion by a very vocal minority. http://ff.im/2QiEe
Starting your comment with “Idiot, why aren’t you linking to X” isn’t likely to get me to link to X.
RT @yafd There’s no cure for upgrade fever like reading the release notes.
Tried to convince my wife of the wonders of Evernote today. First time I showed it to her on both her Mac and iPhone, it crashed. Oops.
@dbarefoot Too bad Bob Cole’s play-by-play sucks so terribly! I’ll take Robson, Shorty or Hughson any day over Cole.
@inkedmn Agree re: Tweetie vs. Twitteriffic 2 100%.
I love being early in the office before the bandwidth is sucked dry.
@leemathews Try uninstalling then reinstalling Twitteriffic - I got version 2 when I installed it from iTunes.
Twitteriffic 2 is certainly better than 1, but I still prefer Tweetie. Always good to see healthy competition though.
The current wisdom seems to be Twitteriffic on the iPhone and Tweetie on the Mac. I prefer the other way around.
Just had trouble remotely logging into my sister’s MacBook to help her because I kept typing her maiden name. She’s been married years.
I know it’s a beta, but the latest beta of Firefox seems to have come with 50% more crashy.
Kids were at a birthday party at the YMCA today, so I got a workout in while waiting for them. Multitasking FTW!
@leemathews I say wait and buy a Vancouver Canucks ’09 Stanley Cup Champions shirt.
