Scientists have developed a gel that rebuilds teeth. It could replace drilling & filling as the treatment of choice for cavities.

This freaks me out a little, but how seriously cool if it pans out? Obviously applying it to teeth is more straightforward, but imagine if a practical way can be found to use it to aid bone regeneration?
