You, like me, may never have realized how many voices on The Simpsons are done by two guys. Everyone knows Homer’s voice (done by Dan Castellaneta), but did you know he also does Grandpa Simpson, Crusty the Clown, Mayor Quimby and Groundskeeper Willy? Or that the Mr. Burns and Smithers are done by the same guy (Harry Shearer), amongst various others? Check out this clip from Conan O’Brien.

FARK Contest: Areas Google Could Infiltrate

I don’t usually post FARK Photoshop contests - in fact, I rarely even look at them. This one had me in stitches though, and I had to share.

Someone has decided to capitalize on EA’s terrible reputation with these new shirts at CafePress, sporting the phrase “I worked 90 hours a week at EA, and I didn’t even get this t-shirt.”

I first heard this on Adam Curry’s Daily Source Code, then Dave Slusher linked to it.

This is a wonderful, annotated page of Calvin and Hobbes cartoons celebrating what the site authors believe to be the top 25 Calvin cartoons of all time. The thoughtful comments just add to the experience. Just go see it.

On my hockey team’s website, we have a section for virtual trading cards. One of the wives of one of our players noticed this yesterday, and provided a picture for us to use on her husband’s card. It must be seen to be understood.

Extra points if you take a big gulp of milk before clicking the link - it will surely come out your nose.

As you may know, I have another site called Beer League Hockey that I run with my “purse friend”, Glen. (I can explain his name another time… ;-)) Anyhow, he’s going out of town, to Bulgaria, in fact, so he enlisted his six year-old daughter to write an article for the site in his absence. She wrote a story called The Beer That Played Hockey.

Check out this video of the Umbilical Brothers, a pair of performers from Australia. The video clip has two acts, the first one performed on Jay Leno, and the second on David Letterman. Both are very different, and quite amazing.

But this is almost evil: a parent selling her son’s PlayStation 2 on eBay as punishment.

Check out these hilarious washing instructions for Tom Bihn bags. Hint: the French part is what’s interesting. I just get a kick out of the idea of putting a hidden message into a care instruction tag.

I believe Tom Bihn is an American label for laptop and carry-all bags.
