It is your own fault for forwarding email. Either learn what a pop account is or do not use email. Simple.

Not much helpful information available elsewhere. I never realized that so many people had the same problem. I am scared to death that I will be one of those permanent twitchers. This site has been a comfort and, hopefully, after trying some of the suggestions, I'll get relief. Update me on your condition. I couldn't read through all the responses due to time constraints and eye strain. I'm a newbie, only been twitching for 1 week. Seems connected to other things going on inside of me.
