Jason: Hardly hypocritical. I think you've done a really excellent job of documenting the strengths of this add-in and explaining why it's not a good fit for you. The ClearContext blog ( a very interesting on e BTW) has a response to your review suggesting a way to customize the view issue you cite. And so it has become a conversation.

I was also impressed with this tool and have written about it. I don't use it either. In my case, it's due to the current incompatibility with IMAP mail (which the developers assure me they are working on). I look forward to trying it again when IMAP support is addded.

You do your readers a great service by taking such a thorough look at a potentially useful tool like this whether you ultimately end up adopting it yourself or not. Thanks from this reader!
