Asperger’s Syndrome is a mild form of Autism that manifests itself in ways that can cause one to be known as a “geek”. (Note that this doesn’t mean that everyone with Asperger’s is a “geek” in the generally accepted computer nerd meaning of the word, but it’s not uncommon.)
